Elizabeth Siudock has been drawing and painting since the age of seven, nurturing her passion for art throughout her high school and college years. After facing a challenging period in her life, she found solace in a painting class led by a remarkable instructor, Mary McDonald, who inspired her to continue creating. Art became Elizabeth's therapy and a way to navigate life's complexities. She began entering art shows and became involved in various art organizations. During this time, she also met her husband, got married, and welcomed her beautiful daughter, Bernadette, into their family. In 2004, Elizabeth entered the Halifax Art Show for the first time and was honored with a purchase award. As she approaches retirement, Elizabeth looks forward to dedicating more time to her art and continuing her creative journey.
